Dust off your glad-rags and book a date with your hairdresser because the ProKick annual 'Bash 'n' Mash Irish Kickboxing awards’ is set for a glitzy return. The show, which combines a fight card with a four course meal and awards ceremony, will be staged at the Belfast’s Holiday Inn hotel on March 28th. The Bash ‘n’ Mash will be staged to honour those who have made kickboxing one of the fastest growing sports in Ireland.
